In collaboration with our Vietnamese business partner we are proud to offer our Sea Grapes (caulerpa lentillifera) for purchase within the Australian market. While we established our business in Australia in 2020, our business partner has been operating successfully in Viet Nam since 2004.

Our Sea Grapes are 100% naturally grown and free from any chemicals or preservatives. Planting the Sea Grape seeds directly on to the ocean bed in isolated ocean ponds allows for the natural currents to provide nutrients and minerals for the Sea Grapes to absorb. The ocean temperature, minerals and sunlight in the region result in large high quality Sea Grapes with a wonderful texture.

Immediately after harvesting our Sea Grapes are cleaned, semi dehydrated in high salinity water and packed so the fresh taste is locked in. Once soaked in water you can watch them come back to life before your eyes. This process is important to maintain the quality of the Sea Grapes and increase shelf life. Sea Grapes are very delicate, sensitive to temperature and therefore if not treated first will lose their flavour very quickly.
