Sea Grapes (Caulerpa Lentillifera)

Once harvested our all natural sea grapes are cleaned and pressurised in high salinity water to improve shelf life. When ready to eat add the sea grapes to a large bowl of pure water and soak for 3 minutes. Watch the sea grapes expand up to 3 times before your eyes. Drain water and
repeat the soaking process for a further 2 minutes with cold water for added crunch. Drain pure water and enjoy.

Outside of Brisbane, we are thrilled to serve our valued customers on the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast, as well as other regional Queensland towns such as Gympie, Maryborough, Townsville, and Cairns. Additionally, we gladly fulfill orders from customers as far as Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide, and are capable of shipping throughout Australia.
